Reservations for 5/24-26/02, 8/30/02-9/1/02, and 11/27-30/02 have a 7 day cancellation policy. From the last week of February thru the end of April each person occupying a room must be 18 years old, and a $75 security deposit per person to be paid in cash upon arrival. For all other dates there is a $25 cash deposit.
